TERMS OF SALE:
All sales final after
seven days of receipt of merchandise unless notified of intent to return or
exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Restocking fee is waived on an exchange, however buyer must pay additional shipping costs. Refunds are on purchase price only. Free shipping offers are not valid on returns.
All B2B purchases are final. Items used for photographic purposes or any other business purpose are considered used and will returns will not be accepted. If you wish to rent any items in our inventory call 877-LOVE RUG for information.
All items
are fully guaranteed to be delivered in new condition. If you receive a
defective or wrong item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt of the
item and we will arrange pickup and replacement at no cost to you.
All
returns must be made pursuant to our Return Authorization and Instructions, and
we must be provided with a tracking number.
We do not issue credit for
used items or items that have been soiled or damaged prior to their
return.
SHIPPING:
We utilize FEDEX and UPS for Ground, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Express shipping. Overnight express shipping and shipping outside the U.S. and Canada are available by contacting
customer service.

All sales shipped within the State of California will be
charged Sales Tax.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Hollywood Love Rugs does
not share any of your personal information at any time, including your email
address. Credit Card Information, is kept on our server for only 30 days
and is then deleted. We do not sell or share any information, and our email newsletter and distribution of special savings coupons is opt-in only.
What information do we collect?
