RETAIL TERMS OF SALE:

These terms of sale are for our retail customers sincerly looking to fill their personal needs. All sales final five days after of receipt of merchandise unless notified of intent to return or exchange. 15% restocking fee on all items, waived on an exchange. $10 flat shipping only on initial purchase. No refund of ground shipping costs will be made.If the merchandise is defective or you receive the wrong item, we guarantee you will receive the correct merchandise at no additional cost once the condition of the items is confirmed by us upon return.

All returns must be made pursuant to RMA instructions. RMA is good for five days only, and item must be in transit with tracking information within that time period or sale is final. All returns are inspected, and you will be notified of the appropriate credit depending on condition. We do not accept returns of used, soiled or damaged merchandise.

Custom Orders are not returnable, unless defective.

B2B, PRODUCTION & SALES TO THE TRADE

Non-retail sales as items for use in television and stage productions or for photo/video/film shoots, or for professional businesses to plan or execute presentations and/or installations ARE NOT RETURNABLE, and any unauthorized returns of such merchandise shall be subject to rental fees equal to 25% of cost per day of possession up to the full value of the item. Express Shipping costs and handling fees incurred to accomodate production schedules and other special needs are billed in addition to actually cost of merchandise. Any attempt to circumvent these terms will be considered fraudulent activity and vigorously prosecuted.

Sales to the "trade" may also include designers or design firms. We do not sell items contingent on third party approvals. Normal retail terms of sale apply directly to the purchaser unless superceded by written agreement.

All items are fully guaranteed to be delivered in new condition. If you receive a defective or wrong item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt of the item and we will arrange pickup and replacement at no cost to you.

We do not issue credit for used items or items that have been soiled or damaged prior to their return.

SHIPPING:

$10 flat shipping charge per order: UPS, FEDEX, USPS in U.S. lower 48 States. 3rd day and 2nd day, overnight express shipping available for additional charge. All other destinations must be shipped by air. Contact customer service regarding shipping options.

SALES TAXES:

All sales shipped within the State of California will be charged Sales Tax.
