PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND TERMS OF SALE

ONLINE PAYMENTS & PHONE ORDERS:

We offer secure online payment processing for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our partnership with Authorize.net and EonlineData Financial Services.  Our online processing is securely integrated to our Shopping Cart by state-of-the-art 256-bit SSL encryption certified by Geo Trust.  Our Ecommerce Platform is PCI Compliant and a Level One Data Security Standard Service Provider.  We also offer express checkout through Paypal and Google Checkout.  

SHIPPING:

We utilize UPS Ground for online orders in the U.S. (including AK, HI, PR) and Canada; however, you may ship by 2nd day, 3rd day, or overnight or outside the US and Canada by calling customer service for a quote on cost.   Shipper's confirmation of delivery will be considered proof of delivery, unless customer specifically requests some form of signature requirement. Contact customer service to make such a request.   

TERMS OF SALE:

Retail:  All sales final after seven days of receipt of merchandise unless notified of intent to return or exchange.  Returning items must be shipped with tracking information provided to us within ten business days of receipt of merchandise. Buyer must pay additional shipping cost on an exchange.  Any items not returned in that period are considered used and cannot be returned or resold.  Soiled or damaged items cannot be returned.  15% Restocking fee applies.

B2B:   All B2B purchases are final.  Items used for photographic purposes or any other business purpose are considered used and will returns will not be accepted.  If you wish to rent any items in our inventory call 877-LOVE RUG for information. 

Guarantees:   All items are fully guaranteed to be delivered in new condition. If you receive a defective or wrong item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt of the item and we will arrange pickup and replacement at no cost to you. 

Returns:   All returns must be made pursuant to our Return Authorization and Instructions, and we must be provided with a tracking number.  We do not issue credit for used items or items that have been soiled or damaged prior to their return.

Custom Orders:   Hollywood Love Rugs makes every effort to guarantee your satisfaction on all custom orders, including when necessary and possible providing samples.  All custom orders are guaranteed to be delivered as described and in new condition.  However, custom orders have no ready market and are not returnable.  

 SALES TAXES:

All sales shipped within the State of California will be charged Sales Tax.
