Excellent experience. the rug was exactly what I had been looking for, and about $100 less than others. Delivery was prompt, it was here in 3 days, and I ordered on a Sunday night!. Although I don't buy rugs very often, I will definitely look here first from now on. Highly recommend this site.

I can honestly say that this is one of, if not the, best and easiest purchases I have made on the internet. I ordered on the weekend, received instant email verification, payed via Paypal (important option for me), received notification on Monday that additional shipping charges were required due to Hawaii postage which I paid Monday night, and the package arrived on Wednesday! Great product at a very reasonable price, superior communication from vendor and almost immediate receipt. You cant ask for more than that. Not much room for improvement. They are already top notch customer service providers

This company had a good selection of rugs that were competitively priced. Most impressive was their incredible customer service and efficiency. The purchase was confirmed and shipped the same day on which it was ordered, and the purchase actually arrived the following day via regular shipping. Truly outstanding job!!!!
